CreateCDLabels.com started as a company called AMF in 1990 as a "one-man-band" with Andrew Freeman running the show. AMF began with Freeman selling his famous colored toolbar icon collections for Word for Windows 2.0 in the CompuServe WinWord forum. With enough charge to keep moving forward, slowly, Freeman began to add new products to the lineup. One of these new products included a productivity package for Word which would ultimately become one of AMF's flagship products, Wordware.

As things progressed and people began to hear about AMF, our name began to be associated with quality software at great prices which led to interviews in CompuServe Magazine, and features in PC World, PC/Computing, PC Magazine and many others. AMF began to develop Windows stand-alone products no longer needing Word for Windows, our first of which was Elbow Grease for Windows v1.0.

As we persisted through the true "birth of the web" and as people flocked to the Internet, we gradually moved away from CompuServe and established our first web site at execpc.com, a famous BBS and now Internet host provider at the time. In the summer of 1994, www.amfsoftware.com was born, and soon to follow would be a family of sites, www.windowstools.com, www.wordaddons.com, and eventually a new endeavor, www.thecomputerconsultant.com.

AMF would eventually turn to outsourcing for order processing and would even retain temporary employees to handle things during the busy seasons. AMF was running well for nearly 10 years and was then acquired by Diangy. What remains is one product, the CD and DVD Label Creator, and this site, www.CreateCDLabels.com.

CreateCDLabels.com still prides itself on providing one-on-one care of our customers and future customers, and still offers one of the fastest turn-around-times for support queries in the industry.
