commitment to privacy. The following discloses our information gathering and
dissemination practices for this website. Please read

Persons or Parties Covered

Privacy Policy is intended to cover all visitors to this website, all
subscribers to lists or newsletters whether paid or unpaid, all members or
affiliates whether paid or unpaid, and all customers. Persons who visit
or view this website, whether intentionally or unintentionally, whether
solicited or unsolicited, are described herein as "Visitors" and are
parties to this Privacy Policy. Subscribers to lists or Newsletters are
referred to herein as "Subscribers" and are parties to the Privacy
Policy. Persons who join an organization or marketing endeavor (e.g.
"affiliates") promoted by this website are called "Members" herein and are
covered by this Privacy Policy. Finally, anyone who orders, attempts to
order, or receives a product sold (recipients) or advertised from this
website is called a "Customer" herein and is subject to this Privacy
Policy not only by passive acceptance, but by virtue of the Purchase
Agreement contract. The website, its agents, owners, operators, and
employees are referred to collectively herein as "Website,"
"CreateCDLabels," "Site," and/or
"Seller".

Logs
This site logs all site visits and transactions. We collect the following
information provided by your browsing client and/or ISP: the type of web browser
you are using, your IP address, ISP domain, time, date, pages viewed, and length
of time that you spend visiting our site. We use this data for internal studies
and do not share it with anyone.
Personal Information
Four our newsletters, we only ask for your e-mail address. You can however,
view all of our newsletter issues online so you don't have to provide this
information. If you order any of our products, you will need to provide your
name, address, phone number, credit card number, occupation, postal code, city,
state, and country which we use only to process your order. All CreateCDLabels customers
are added to our monthly newsletter which you can very easily opt out of (see
below) We do not give out this information to anyone. We respect your privacy.
Please see information about contests and prize winners for information on when
your e-mail address might be given to fulfill a prize you won.
Our site's registration forms require users to give us contact information (like their name and e-mail address). We use customer contact information from the registration form to send the user information about our company. The customer's contact information is also used to contact the visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings; see the Choice/Opt-out section below.
IP Addresses & Cookies
We use a visitor's IP address to help diagnose possible problems
encountered on our servers. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server,
and to administer our Web site. If there is a future problem, we have records on
hand. An IP address may be used to gather broad demographic information; again,
this information is kept internally. Cookies may be kept on this site. At our
very best, we use this information only to keep track of affiliates and sponsors
who sent you our way. There's no personally identifiable information about you
kept in these cookies. Occasionally
our banner-ad sponsors may store cookies to keep track of your ad viewing
preferences. Again, no personal information is kept about you in this process.
Often, we can't get paid by advertisers unless identifiers (via cookies) are
loaded via the Web site or newsletters. These images are loaded from affiliate
sites; for example, LinkShare.
Subscription Information
Our newsletter form requires you to give us YOUR OWN e-mail address. This is
used only for the distribution of our e-mail newsletters. We don't share this
address with anyone. We do not purchase outside lists to build the subscriber
databases. You must now step through a confirmed opt-in procedure in order to be
accepted onto our lists. That means you have to submit a subscription request
and IMMEDIATELY respond to the specially-coded message which the list server
sends to the submitted e-mail address. Questions on this can be directed to us
at our customer service department.
Unsubscription Information
You, and any other user may unsubscribe at any time. The databases for each
list are separate. The user will need to unsubscribe from a particular list to
stop getting posts from the list.
Link Policy
Our sites and newsletters contain links to other sites. We are not
responsible for content and information not contained within our site. Your
choice to visit a link is yours alone.
Contests & Prize Winners
For contests, we may ask visitors for contact information and/or demographic
information (postal code, occupation, or interests). You may also be
automatically entered into such contests by subscribing to our newsletters. In
order to fulfill such prizes, the prize sponsor will e-mail you directly. Since
we have only your e-mail address on file, we use this to identify winners of our
contests. This is the only exception to our no-disclosure policy, and again,
this disclosure is used only to fulfill the prize for a contest.
Spreading the Word
We are not responsible for the use of our tell a friend feature of our sites.
It is provided as a convenience and for use at your own risk. We log visitor
information about who uses such forms and we may subscribe users to our
newsletters if such a practice is indicated on the page. Of course, the user
would need to confirm such a subscription and can always unsubscribe at any
time.
Forums
CreateCDLabels has no responsibility for the content of any material posted by users, but
we reserve the right to (i) edit or delete any documents, information or other
material submitted to or appearing on this site, and (ii) refuse access to the
site to any user that violates this agreement. Bulletin boards, forums, and chat
rooms contain the opinions and views of other users. CreateCDLabels is not responsible for
the accuracy of any messages on this site and you should always consult a
qualified professional before relying on any information you find on this site.
Be careful what information you say and post -- as you ALONE are responsible
for such postings.
E-mailing Us
When you drop any of us an e-mail, we try to answer it within a 24 hour
period. Unless there happens to be a problem or issue, these messages are
treated as confidential. If a note must be forwarded to another party, the
identifying headers are removed beforehand.
The same holds true for every form found on our sites.
Policy Changes
CreateCDLabels, its partners, and its suppliers may make improvements or changes in the
information, services, products, and other materials on this site, or terminate
this site, at any time without notice. This agreement may be modified at any
time without notice, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon
posting of the modified agreement. Accordingly, you agree to review the
agreement periodically, and your continued access or use of this site shall be
deemed your acceptance of the modified agreement.
